What is an e-Ticket?

E -Ticket is an electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers have to show the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.

How will I get my e-Ticket details?

Answer :

After completion of your ticket booking, your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be sent to you over the phone.

Paper Tickets

All GDS carrier (Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, and Jet Lite) will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at the time of booking within 3 business days of making the booking. All the tickets would be couriered to you without any additional cost. Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible if customer is not available at the time of delivery. 

Is it necessary to show my Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd. Reference Number Confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?

It is not obligatory to show your Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd Reference number Confirmation email. In case you're not carrying the Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd. Reference number Confirmation email, you may need to show a photographic identity proof (such as passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it's advisable that you carry your Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd.  Reference number Confirmation email and e-Ticket along..

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it is necessary for you to hold a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

Amendment and Cancellation policy

You can cancel domestic flight bookings on-line. Log in to My Bookings, choose the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For on-line or off line cancellation, Seven Seaz Vacations Pvt. Ltd. will charges applicable as per airline  cancellaion rules and  Rs.300 service charge also .

Please discuss with airline specific modification and cancellation policy whereas using Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd. Services. You will be needed to directly contact the closest airline workplace (of the concerned airline) to induce your reservation cancelled.

If your Travel is of within 24 Hours, We recommend canceling your bookings with Airlines directly and then sending cancellation request on our portal for refunds.

We will not entertain any cancellation which becomes No – Show if you sent or call for cancellation within 24 Hours of flight departure.


What are the cancellation/amendment charges?

Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times are subject to payments as could also be levied to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Before booking tickets, you need to acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.

The above mentioned cancellation method and refund processing time could vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process can't be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft. In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you, will stand cancelled and Seven Seaz Vacations  Pvt. Ltd. wouldn't be responsible for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly during this regard.

Refund Policy.? 

Refund will be process subject to Reimbursement Airline.

We are not liable to refund the amount if the airline suspend.
